Incorporated in Pennsylvania USA in 1982 Jackson ImmunoResearch Labs Inc. specialises in the manufacture and supply of conjugated and unconjugated affinity purified secondary antibodies and immunoglobulins.

Our products are made by scientists, for scientists conducting research in plant, animal and biomedical sciences.

Our products are considered by many scientists to be the Gold Standard in secondary antibodies and we supply these in a multitude of formats suitable for many techniques. These include Immunofluorescence Microscopy, Western Blotting, Flow Cytometry, ELISA, In Situ Hybridization, Electron Microscopy, Enzyme Immunohistochemistry, 2-Photon Microscopy and STED Microscopy.

Our portfolio includes many specialised products such as highly cross adsorbed antibodies raised in Donkeys and Goats for multiple labelling experiments and F(ab’)2 fragments which can be used to avoid binding to live cells with Fc receptors, or to Protein A or G.

We have a diverse range of conjugates which include Fluorophores, Enzymes and Biotin, our Fluorophores include Alexa Fluor®, DyLightsTM and CyanineTM dyes.

Our normal serums, from fifteen different species, are freeze dried and highly recommended as blocking agents, to reduce background staining from non-specific, conserved sequence and/or Fc receptor binding. Best results with our serum will be obtained by using diluted normal serum from the same host species as the labelled antibody, as a separate incubation step before addition of the primary antibody.
