Plenary Speakers - Professor Andreas Engel

Andreas Engel has been working on membrane protein structure and dynamics, using scanning transmission electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy and electron crystallography as major tools. His current interests concern the regulation of water homeostasis in plants and vertebrates, the structural basis of pathogen-host interactions, and the signalling network of visual systems.
