The 15th European Microscopy Congress
Manchester Central, United Kingdom
was held on 16th - 21st September 2012
EuroBioImaging Forum
Euro-BioImaging is a pan-European multi-decade project that aims to develop, deliver,
and ensure access to advanced imaging technology for all biological and biomedical
research scientists. The project is led by a consortium of scientists who are working
to build the infrastructures necessary for this bold, ambitious goal. Euro-BioImaging
started a 3-year "Preparatory Phase" effort in Dec 2010, during which the requirements,
policies and demonstrations of the activities required for full construction of European
bioimaging infrastructure are established. More information of Euro-BioImaging is
available at http://eurobioimaging.eu.
The session will include a presentation on the goals and progress of Euro-BioImaging,
and an extended discussion period where questions from the audience can be aired
and addressed.
